I really did.
Here is why, and how, and what I think of it.
Bing. Such an over-hated, under-used search engine.
The default search engine since...forever.
MSN is a web portal that uses Bing anyway [MSN was always IE's homepage]
Why did I transition?
I lost my computer.
I am currently borrowing one.
And it's Windows 10 S.
More on that in the next post.
I don't really have a choice on what I use.
So I tried Bing.
And it's my search engine of choice right now.
Here's why:
it's not bad. And it's about as good as Google.
The image filters on Bing are great compared to Google's
Google is filtered based on politics [take the Daily Stormer, a fascist newspaper. Google doesn't leave the link to it if you search for it. Bing does.
Bing has Bing Rewards, so you can get rewarded for using Bing. I have 325 points on my MS Account [the one with MS 365]
also, if I search for Windows-related help, it gives me official Microsoft stuff, like this:

it loads faster than Google [maybe because of optimization?
for these reasons I use Bing.
Please see my next article for info related to Windows 10 in S Mode.
Now I use Ecosia, which is based on Bing. So I still use Bing. But I have had to use Google in the past.
