The following should appear:

In this window, paste the following into the text box:

taskkill.exe /F /FI "status eq NOT RESPONDING"

The result should look like this:

Click next. You can now name your shortcut anything you like!

After you do this, a desktop icon will appear:

Right-click on the icon and select "Properties".

Click on "Change Icon".

This will allow you to select an icon of your choosing.

If this error appears, jsut press "OK."

Now, Paste the following into the text box:

C:\Windows\System32\imageres.dll

Then, select the icon you want and press OK.

After that, press OK again.

Your desktop shortcut is done!

Every time a program has frozen and is not responding, just open this shortcut and it will kill it instantly!

You can even drag the shortcut to your taskbar to pin it. Once it is on the start menu, you can delete the shortcut.
