Windows officially supports opening settings using a web URL. Sorry, URI. Should have clarified.
For example, you can enter ms-settings:defaultbrowsersettings to go to the default browser settings.
OR you can enter ms-settings:usb for USB settings.
Or, even Mixed Reality uninstall nonesense by typing ms-settings:holographic-management.
